Provincial and ministerial enterprise technology center

        In July 2020, according to the requirements of the "Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center Identification and Management Measures" (Tianjin Industry and Information Technology Section [2016] No. 11), after the review and approval of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the enterprise technology center of Tianjin Zhujin Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was identified as a provincial and ministerial enterprise technology center. The center has a total of 60 personnel, including 53 full-time researchers, the implementation of the director responsibility system, the company's general manager as the director of the technical center, the formation of decision-making and management, research and development, achievement transformation and other three major organizational systems. The center has explored a deep cooperation model for industry-university-research, which is mainly reflected in the level and effect of research, that is, it has truly entered the level of scientific research in the component design and theoretical modeling of alloys. The center focuses on medium- and long-term research projects, such as ultra-fine powder materials for 3D printing.​

        In November 2020, according to the Notice of the General Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government on the Implementation of the Construction of "Haihe Craftsmen" (Tianjin Zhengbanfa [2019] No. 24) and the Notice on Printing and Distributing five Documents including the Implementation Rules for the Cultivation of High-skilled Talents in Enterprises (Tianjin Talent Office [2019] No. 6), after the selection of the Tianjin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the preliminary review, and the on-site review of the Municipal Vocational Skills Public Training Center, it was determined that Tianjin Zhujin Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. established the Tianjin Enterprise Training Center. There are more than 10 teachers including 2 professor-level engineers, 1 senior engineer, 2 senior technicians, and 2 intermediate technicians, with an annual training capacity of up to 150 people, including training in multiple types of work.

Tianjin Key Laboratory of Additive Powder New Material Enterprise

        In order to implement the requirements of the "Outline of Tianjin Medium- and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020)" and the "Several Opinions of the Cpc Tianjin Municipal Committee and the Tianjin Municipal People's Government on Building an Upgraded Version of the Little Giant of Science and Technology" (Tianjin Dangfa [2015] No. 27), Tianjin Zhujin Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was reviewed and approved by the Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Science and Technology Commission) in October 2020 to establish the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Additive Powder New Materials Enterprises, and the key laboratory revolves around the development of the industry. Combined with the national medium- and long-term science and technology development strategy, aiming at the frontier topics of additive powder research at home and abroad, it will break through a number of key technologies that restrict the development of ultra-fine powder, high-efficiency high-speed laser cladding powder, powder metallurgy high-speed steel powder, and iron-based soft magnetic alloy powder for 3D printing, improve the research ability of additive powder equipment, enhance technical radiation capabilities, and promote the technological progress of the industry. The key laboratory covers an area of 2500 square meters, and the original value of the equipment is more than 20 million.
